Ordering Process
Orders must be placed at least 5 days prior to the event date to ensure proper arrangements.
Customized menu requests can be accommodated with prior discussion and confirmation.
Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required upon placing the order to secure the catering services.
The remaining balance must be settled within 15 days of the event date.
Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum quantity for any order should be 20 Pax (individual servings).
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and the advance payment is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Live Cafeteria Requirements
For live cafeteria setups, a designated space of at least 20x20 square feet is required to ensure smooth operations.
The client is responsible for providing the necessary space and ensuring compliance with venue regulations.
Venue Permissions and Responsibilities
It is the client's responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals required for the event venue.
T-foods will provide the necessary information and support required for smooth coordination with venue authorities.
